Last night I had some Dickel Tennessee Whiskey. I picked it cause I'd never heard of it before, and I have to say it was quite good. I'd buy it again.

Thanked: 1262Bulleit has become my go to whiskey these days. Really good bourbon for the price.
Looks like I need to get more.

I just poured myself a nice dram of Aberlour a' bunadh, and I must say that I deserve it.

Thanked: 1Laphroaig
Quarter cask is what I drink, though I just finished shopping for Valentine's Day and got my inspiration from some Glenlivet (no Laphroaig available at the bar). However, as I've mentioned before - Laphroaig AFTER shaving is OK. Before - not so much.

Buffalo Trace. $23 for a fifth!
I am a huge fan of Bulleit and this stuff is a lot like it but for even less!

Longrow
My favorite by far is Longrow. Hard to get because the original distillery is now in the hands of Springbank and they only produce when they want to. Still, if you manage to get hold of a bottle of Longrow... Cherish it. It's the best balanced whiskey a man can get his hands on. No further comments your honor...

After reading the new posts I decided on a Glenlivet 25.
I am a bit sad since I ran out of Penn State Ice Cream. I need to make another run but the roads are still terrible.
