Thanked: 1185I've recently took a shine to Jameson's and Maker's Mark. Three fingers of either with a spritz of ginger ale (just for medicinal purposes)
The older I get, the better I was

Sadly, none.
But I wish I had a good reason to break open a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue that I've been holding for a while.
Then I'd have it neat, with a spoonful of mineral water. And a nice cigar, like a short Churchill (RyJ) or a Bolivar Belicoso Fino.

Sipping some Jack Daniel's.
Have a great week-end.

Any 30 year old Scotch is a treat. Last night I diverged from the plan and had a bit of Glenlivit Nadurra which is 16 years old, Non-Chill filtered Cask strength.
Since it was cask strength I dropped in a small ice cube which I make with filtered water. It was just enough to release the flavor but not really water down the Scotch.
I enjoyed it so I'll try it again tonight, but without any ice.
Enjoy the Day.“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”
