    The weather has been amazing.

I started mine from seed but if you are on the second picking already I might have to buy next year.

garden is doing well but right now I have other things to do ..
house flooded , had to install new drain tile on 3 sides of house and poured a stamped patio while we were at it .. .. in the process landscape and beds had to be removed .. sssooo now I had to rebuild the flower beds up , build a retaining wall to hold beds , replant , and now I just have to get about 8 yrds of topsoil , seed it and mulch the beds ...
    a sneek peek !!

Yes I know not much, but enough to share with the wife on top of morning cereal. If God is willing I will have enough for a cobbler by next week.

Big ones are getting turned into Zuccini bread as I type. My neighbors and the people I worship will be getting care packages at this rate.

Finally got some photos together of the new garden this year. Added this is an area that got the most sunlight throughout the season:

And some of the fruits that are coming in already:

So true, You get those monsters and ask yourself "How could I have missed this?" Are my eyes that bad? It does happen. I donate it to my local food bank or homeless shelter. And they are so happy that I feel bad and end up letting about a dozen get big and take them back. That way I dont feel like it went to waste. Then I get those neighbors who want the ones I consider too big, but they feed a family of 5 with one and it works for them.
But yes I like the smaller ones myself.

My wife, and I shred the big one and freeze them in freezer bags, and have fresh zucchini bread all year!!
We have no control of what other people do or say to us, but we have control to how we REACT !! GOD BLESS
