I think my choice would be Spencer Tracey in Look Who's Coming to Dinner. He's arguing with his wife played by Catherine Hepbourn about their daughter's choice of fiancé who happens to be played by Sidney Poitier. He has a drink of whiskey beside his shaving mug and he mixes them up. Very funny moment in a tense little scene.

PS I'm not sure if that's a straight or a DE actually. I guess that's one of my favorite wet shaving scenes at least.

The Bunuel/Dali film was "Un Chien Andalou" and also shows him stropping up the straight and 'thumb-testing' it, prior to the eye cutting scene....this is probably my most memorable (if not shocking) scenes.

Its not a movie but thought I would mention it. We were watching our recording of this years Simpson's Halloween episode and Bart was being shaved with a straight. It happened so fast I had to rewind and recheck it.
BTW this was their 17th Halloween Episode

I cant remember if this was mentioned already but the straight shave scene in "Highplains Drifter" with the lavander water!!! I love it hahaha. That guy was shaking so much even Clint looked a bit nervous

"Schindlers List"
When both Mr. Schindler and the camp commandant are shaving and shown in turn. It's a scene that simply showes the fact that both the exceptionally brave and the extremely cruel/decieved are both men when it comes down to it. Unfortunately they don't make it seem very reall I think. But the scene stuck in my mind afterall.

Being a huge John Wayne fan, I have to say Rio Bravo. There is a scene where Angie Dickinson is shaving Dean Martin with a straight and pinches and pulls his nose up to shave with the grain on his lip. Dean-o makes an awesome face while she does this!
There are many other John Wayne movies with straights including Red River, North to Alaska and The Spoilers.
