Me neither! I'm wondering if the positioning of the 'handle holder' was for the shock value!

So Shan brought home some fresh picked Huckleberries from a friend at work last night

This morning we had Huck filled Pancakes

So damn good but the story gets better

One of my neighbors (Our 'Colony" Gardener) messages me and says "I have a nice heavy griddle come by and pick it up"

So I find this waiting for me

22"x10" really heavy with a 8x stamp on the bottom

    Any info ???

Have it pretty much cleaned, going to steel wool it tomorrow, then begin the re-seasoning process

I do love Huckleberry pancakes. Ours are the bright red variety. There are quite a few variations in that family but all the ones I have tried have been delicious.
    P.S.
    nice score on the griddle.

Man I haven’t had huckleberries since I was up there in Idaho, brought back some jelly. Man those were good so I’m getting the pancakes are great, we use our very own blueberries from our bushes, but haven’t had a pancake since I was working. Good times, kodiak power cakes with blueberries.
