Thanks man! I'm actually just getting into stouts. Tried only a few until now, not counting the standard (but nonetheless nice) Guinness. I generally do like them.

My favourites during the warm weather are some of the more sour beers: a genuine kriek or geuze or a nice Rodenbach. Warm weather won't stop me from drinking any kind of beer though. The multitude of beer is one of the most important advantages of living in Belgium! Though I've read that the US is really developing a culture of microbreweries?

    A beer I haven't tried before

From the UK. Wye Valley Brewery.
    Dorothy Goodbody's wholesome stout.

    - Quite good to burgers.

Never got a pic, but tried a couple local brews while on vacation, Reign In Blonde, a nice clean lager, and Spruce Tree ale, which tasted a lot like an IPA without the bitter. Both from Tofino Brewing.

Half of a beautiful day and most of a rainy night, my Sunday assignment is in. I'm enjoying a couple Red stripes for breakfast (it's 0317 and my brain is still racing)

If you haven' tried the Don Valley Bench in the summer sampler by Mill st. You definitely should. Its amazing. The spring Bock and the maple ale were also very good but this one, Don Valley Bench, blew my mind.

Thanks for the tip! I haven't been to the Mill St brewpub here in Ottawa for far too long, so this is a good reason to go back. There aren't *that* many things I'm thankful to Toronto for, but sharing Mill St is one of them

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.
