Again, thanks for the tip with Den's. Since I'm trying and comparing, I ordered their three for three deal. Three small samples for three dollars....shipping really, domestic shipping. I'd prefer a domestic option if possible.

My gyokuro is almost gone and looks like the local store doesn't carry it anymore
Where do you guys get yours? I want it organic, not sure if they produce conventional as well given that the process is already labor intensive and the tea expensive, but may be they do. With tea the leaves are steeped in directly into the water so whatever pesticides are on them would go right into the tea and I'd rather not drink those.

That looks perfect - they have 5 different ones and I'll probably order 2 or 3 of them!

I'm drinking some green tea while watching YouTube videos. This mountain biking video on Skye was kind of scary.

The tea part sounds good enough. The bike part seems.....exhausting. I'll take my tea grinding my teeth at work, because if have to......work that is.

Geeeeeze...I think I'll stick to slow paced walks on scenic paths thanks. Impressive just the same though.

Not yet. I too was thinking about giving it a go today. I'm just about through the Hojicha. After you saying that it has a short shelf life, I've been working through what I have open. But with the Hojicha on the way out very soon, I was thinking that I can afford to open another. I have a lesser grade (I think) sencha open so I haven't opened the Ippodo sencha yet. I'm glad that I bought a variety from Ippodo. And I'm also glad that I didn't buy too much either. Now that I'm aware of Den's, I may try them next to compare. I'll pay the int'l shipping if its worth it, but I'd prefer domestic if its all the same. I say lets do it. Lets bust this Genmaicha out today.
