Wanted to share my new Christmas tradition. I was introduced to this by a colleague at work.
He took me to the local Italian club for an Italian meal. I was thoroughly impressed. Reminded me of being back in Italy.
Spagetti ai frutti di mare, con baccala' al sugo di pomodoro e olive. Pasta with sea food + cod with red sauce and olives.
Lovely, just lovely. Obviously had to round it up with a nice light cheesecake and espresso.

Edit: I forgot to mention that this meal apparently takes place at the club on the last Friday before Christmas. Definitely going back next year.

Stir fry with ground pork and cashews, on basmati rice. Family was happy with it.
The next incarnation will have some veggie for colour. Oh, and health reasons too, of course.

Thanks! Apparently the key to a more photogenic pizza is to dig it out of the pan, then cut it. Doing it backwards might make the tasty gooey mess on top shift out of place. Oh well, still tasted pretty good!
