I would have used the whole loaf as long as the oven was heated up and had breakfast lunch and dinner tomorrow also.

    Default Black Iron - Pizza

    Is what's for Dinner

Homemade Alfredo Grilled Chicken, Baby Spinach and Tomato Pizza..
Okay not bad at all and the 12" Lodge was the perfect size for two

The 10" grill pan was, mad quick with perfect marks on a Butterflied B&S Chicken Breast for the topping...
Wife had me do a couple more for her to have for lunches and snacks

I made Papas con Chorizo with tomatillo sauce. I recently got the recipe from the mother of someone I work with, an old school Mexican mom recipe.
Boiled jalapenos and tomatillos, into the blender with garlic and cilantro to make the sauce, then chilled several hours.

Chorizo and pre-cooked yellow potatoes in the pan with onion

Then wrapped in flour tortilla and heated in a pan.
