    A sweet onion tart experiment.

    We got grinding horseradish and left it in a few minutes to long.............

    There's one thing for certain and that is that you can't say that the onions didn't caramelize.

    I hope it can be salvaged without too much of the 'well baked' flavor.

    It happens to the best of us.
    Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.

    It certainly was edible.

    Most of it is gone!

    Finished dinner with German potato salad made with homemade bacon. Mmmmmmmm
