Hi people, don't know whether this is the place to ask this question but: does one of you own an inox Wacker and if so, are you pleased with it ????
Thanks,
Wim

Thanked: 993Uh Oh...
Based on the shaves that I've been getting from my new Wacker....I'm very seriously considering culling my herd in order to support the purchase of another one. I know that this is new, and there is still a novelty with it, but I really do like the way it feels.
Was this inevitable? Like the old Lays commercial, Betch'ya can't have just one?

Holli is a prophet
I was looking for a 1/4 grind, and exchanged several emails w/ Holli4pirating, mentioning the wacker. I'll never forget his statement: "if you buy one, you will buy more". (I have 3 now).
I've stopped mentioning which one I'd like next, 'cause 2 of them have sold out while I was deciding. Whoever got the 6/8 Antiks are lucky, and not talking about them. The 7/8 sold out days before I placed the order. The 15/16 is still listed on the German site.

Wacker Jugendstill 15/16
Altho I feel a bit of dissapointment like Pinklather (Antik sold out), I did find a nice "replacement buy" for the antik .
Ordered today, I hope it arrives fast!
It's a Jugendstil 15/16 with 2 coloured buffalo horn scales.Last edited by PlyPals; 12-03-2010 at 05:53 PM.

8/8 blade
Hi Speckey
I have the 8/8. It's very light (x-tra full hollow/narrow spine), which makes it a joy to handle - however the narrow spine also make it difficult (for me) to hone. I do my own honing and I have't been able to get this one quite like I'd like it yet - not sure what to do next, is this just me, has anyone else come across this? Thanks Michael

I just purchased my first Wacker from Muscles. Shaved with it last night and it is a great shaver.

I'll bet you love that jungmeister, PlyPal. Several keep calling my name, but the drawer is getting full. You'll probably love that blade the rest of your life. 'Getting some thinning done now to be ready to pay for the 2nd Williams. 'Won't be that fancy. 'Got lucky & bought the one from Riooso, which is breathtaking in appearance and shave. Next one will be more functional - daily driver. Enjoy, PlyPal.
