It was mentioned that they don't carry them!

So, this Loblaws is strange, there's a shaving brush, styptic pencils, believe it or not, several pucks of Williams for like $1.75, every imaginable cartridge razor you can think of, and not one pack of DE blades.

Population really is getting supremely ripped off....

My local king soopers stopped carrying all those items two years ago. LAME ! And worst of all....I can't get fried chicken livers at the deli anymore cause they're gentrifying the neighborhood UBER LAME !

Phrank, can you return the cartridges to the store? I would get my money back, if I was in your position.

Also, I'm quite shocked to hear what shops charge for DE blades. I can get 100 Astras for 10 euros, and they're my favourite brand next to Feather. BUT, online of course, I don't know what the shops here charge. The large chain stores here probably don't carry DE blades, but I know a few small shops that do. And there's a very nice lady here in The Hague that sells Feathers and brings them by bike to save on transportation costs and exhausts, talk about caring for the environment!

I happily ditched my Gillete cartridge holder a few weeks ago. That felt good If I don't have time to shave, I don't shave.

Between the one I have at work and the one I have at home I probably have about 6 cartridges left, I think I will have to take.them on holiday with me, just to try and use them up. Or.I could give them to el wifeyo to use. I can't bring myself to throw out perfectly servicable (subjective I know) Things.

Fair point, I would not have ditched mine if the 4 blades weren't already spent. Only the last one was used once or twice, but I won't miss it. For this one occasion, I made an exception to my rule: I love using a lot, but hate wasting a little.

Yea, I'm pretty sure that is a vintage blade, and not likely to give you a very good shave. The little tin is what you would store your blades in.

No.....I'm pretty sure it's a Kleenex dispenser for mice......yep.....pretty sure of that.
