I guess it could be translated as "Autumn water", but I'm really not sure,
You're probably right here. This is what I found on Wikipedia:

秋水, literally "Autumn Water", used as a poetic term meaning "Sharp Sword" deriving from the swishing sound swords make

Would make sense to name a razor "Sharp Sword"

This is an awesome thread. I'm hoping to get some help with this one. I don't have it in hand yet so these are eBay pictures. I believe it is a Tosuke, but I know there is some debate over which ones were actually made by Tosuke.

特上 = tokujō = High grade; first class plus; extra special
井上藤助作 = Inoue Tōsuke saku (made by master Inoue Tōsuke),
as far as I know, "saku" 作 would mean that Inoue Tōsuke made it himself
特誂 = Tokuatsurae: specially made, ordered
別註 = betsu chū = exceptional

So that makes the razor extra special, specially made and exceptional. RAD killer?

Out to be, though these markings are seen a lot on kamisori
I must add that for now, my best shaves always came from kamisori

PS: RAD can't be killed I'm afraid...

Thanks Fikira! Nice to know this ones the real deal. This will be my first kamisori and I'm really excited to learn to hone and use it.

    Not even two cents:
I have been learning some kanji so I spent some minutes figuring out your image.

    天然 => Natural (99% sure)

    Hello,
    it says 天然 tennen(natural)
    仕上砥 shiageto(finishing stone)
Cant't read some kanji on the red ellipse and leaf, but on the left it should be something like High Grade and the first kanji on the red leaf is 鳴、naru, same as in Narutaki, but the other one looks different to me. You might try to make some more detailed pics of that.
    Hope this helps
