I am very much enjoying my evening shaves. I get to sit at at my desk and enjoy the afterglow without sweating and being distracted by life.
I honed this razor myself and it was nowhere near as close a shave as I experienced with my new Bismark (honed by Lynn). I have a lot of learning to do, but most of my face is smooth

Bummer Matt...Talk about going all the way to the water source and coming back thirsty, LOOOOL. Better luck next time then.
Hey Books,
How do you like the Pinaud Clubman? I heard it's clearly a love/hate relationship.
Rene,
That is horrible...I think that this is exactly why it's very important to get down on your knees every day and count your blessings for being amongst the living. In all her fury, Nature does not discriminate.
Stunning shave Frank
Nice shave today Tumtatty...Glad to see someone else is also enjoying the Bath House products. Great stuff indeed.
Welcome to SOTD and congrats on your new scuttle. She's wonderful. Nice touch with the "Star of David".

Great SOTD. Your honing will just get better and better with practice. Man I dig that keyboard. My brain is still ticking away on steampunk projects since seeing your razors.

Tuesday
Good morning.
I've stopped straight shaving for a while, too lazy and tired in the mornings.
The irritation in the neck came back, of course; one more proof there's nothing more natural for the skin in shaving other than with a straight.
For those who have not given a go to Bulgari's "Black" fragrance, they should. It's a powerful yet refined scent in my opinion.
