A tribute to the Razor Pimp:

    Prep: Hot Shower with Conditioner
    Strop: Kanayama
    Soap: Tabac
    Brush: Simpson Chubby 2
Maxtom: 8/8 French Point Custom by Max Sprecher
    Toner: Thayers Lavender
    ASB: Sabon
    EdC: Vetiver de Carven (Vintage)
Result: The great week continues! For today's shave, I decided I'd highlight some of the favorite products of the man who made this wonderful blade. Of course, the choices were easy with that goal in mind. The soap simply had to be Tabac. 'Nuff said. The Simpson Chubby was another no brainer. But the easiest selection of all, without a doubt, was the Vetiver de Carven. Each of these products is top notch without being flashy. The flash, of course, was reserved for the stunning custom razor. It performed flawlessly. I was near BBS after the first pass, but who could resist a second and even a third with this beauty? I am clean and free and ready for work!

Prep: Hot Water Wash, Baby Oil Gel
    Razor: 1960 Gillette Fatboy @ 7
    Brush: Omega Boar
    Soap: Mitchell's Wool Fat
    AS: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Finish: Brute Cologne

I could have slept for about four more hours with no trouble at all. Woke up late and thought that a quick safety razor shave would be much better than a quick straight razor shave (those never seem to be good for me.) The Fatboy performed with its usual efficeincy. 3 passes CBS
