Good evening Gentlemen. Here's my tuesday evening shave:

    Shave prep: Face wash
    Brush: Frank Shaving finest badger
    Soap: Proraso Green Tea
    Scuttle: Robert Becker large
    Razor: Biedermeyer, 4/8 hollow
    Strop: nun2sharp's hanging leather strop
After Shave Splash: Provence home made splash
Notes: I love this razor. I bought it at a stand at this last
4th of July celebration, wife was a little surprised as I pulled it out but I defended myself with "It crawled into my hands, honest!" (does anyone in the world remember that 1968 record besides me?) Nice slow 3-pass BBS. The splash was a first for me, just mixed it up today after maturing it for 5 weeks. A dry and herbaceous late summer/fall fragrance, cedarwood base with lavender and a veritable infusion of herbs - oregano, basil, rosemary and thyme - and a touch of lemon right on top.

This was my 2nd shave with one of my newly rescaled Bengall blades. Its a near wedge and I am still in need of honing practice with those. I'll give her a few more passes on the coticule before the next shave.

I'll say a prayer for your friend Rene. Very sorry for that bad news.
Very nice!!!! Glad you enjoy the Cade.

Result: The Maxstum arrived in the mail yesterday and I was so excited. I had expected it on Saturday, but the post office had a “glitch”. I only needed 2 passes to wipe away the 2 days of growth and let me tell you that this was one of the best shaves I've ever had. Thanks Max! :
Great pics and posts gentlemen, keep them coming!
