This is a rare thing for me, but I've used the same straight razor twice in a row. This Charlex lately has been my favorite and I've been reaching for it more than all other razors.

Proraso Aloe Vera & Green Tea shaving soap
    Semogue 2 band badger brush
    Charlex 60 straight razor
    Proraso aftershave splash
    444 aftershave balm

Enjoy your coffee with RW (Robert Williams?). It's good to know people in high places, eh, LOL?

The mall is not so bad. I get some soup from a place I like and then find a place to sit and rest while they shop.

Robert Williams it is and we had two cups of coffee and some fresh bread which was imported from Northern NJ. In between he showed me a few things about removing sanding marks, grease less compounds and polishing compounds. He then worked on a new razor. I'll post all the photo's in the proper forum.

Funny how your favorites just seem to call out to you, isn't it?? I have the same problem with a Puma.

    Mike,
That's a beautiful 7-day set brother. What a nice treasure trove

Man it's hard to believe how smooth and close this big, heavy beast is!
    Tom,
It's always a pleasure to see you here on SOTD buddy. Congrats on your new baby. She's gorgeous. I also dig your new strop hook. Very nice touch. Don't get too wet in the TX rain brother.

That sounds amazing. Did you record it on your iPhone. Would love to hear what Blues sounded on an Organ

ETA Once I get all the glue off of my fingers, I'll see if I can get a better picture.
    Jack,
That is a great picture and fabulously done razor.
