    Razor: C.V. Heljestrand Mk 4
    Brush: Semogue 1305
    AS: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
    Finish: Aqua Velva Classic

This one wasn't near as bloody as yesterdays buffoonery. To add insult to injury, my Bucs suffered a humiliating defeat (48-3). A four day weekend seemed to pass even quicker than a two day weekend. I'd love to take another month or two off.

Heeeee's back...WooHoo!!!! He does look kinda flustered from his ordeal with Greece. As to losing the trucks? I don't know if I buy the story Tom...I think those trolls had a hand in it.

    Tom,
All fantastic choices, but I would have particularly LOVE to see and hear how Duke Ellington (and Tom Waller) sounded on an organ. Glad you had a wonderful time.

    Angel,
Congrats...Great choice for a creme. If you like TOBS Rose, I think you'll also enjoy Cyril Salter's Wild Rose. An amazing scent. I recommend invested in a Rose soap as well (Trumper's makes a good one too). I sometimes like combining various florals together (Violet + Rose or Lavender + Rose, etc...).

Results: I started today's shave with another razor, but that didn't feel right, I must've done something wrong while honing it. Back to the stones with that one As a backup I grabbed the "blue wonder". Nothing wrong with that one, the shave was saved, and my face feels very comfortable and smooth. The boellis performed great too, and the smell does suit the typical fall weather here in Norway today
    Hey Birnando,
Sorry to hear about the 1st razor, but great recovery with the EPBD. By the way, glad someone else enjoys the Boellis Panama. Do you know the RazoRock products? If so, you will find that the RR Special Edition Barber's soap is exactly the same formulation as the Boellis at 20% the price. The Boellis ASB is amazing though...That and the RazoRock AS wax are my top products now...I often skip aftershaves now and go straight to the wax. They work wonders and smell great.

+1000. I really like this idea.

Oouuuuch Mikael. Like Nic said: I do feel your pain brother. I guess to Neil she goes for a quick fix.

Don't give up on the honing of the hollows...You will be rewarded and there's nothing like shaving with hollows (with the proper edge). Remember these animals need the least amount of pressure (wedges can get away with more pressure, but not hollows). Allow the edge to dance like a ballerina on the stones.

I decided to go over the top today. I started with two top shelf products that work wonders on their own, and ubered them. The Martin de Candre and Bomb paired wonderfully scent wise and produced an incredibly thick rich lather. With a few days growth, I wanted a heavier grind, so the RW got the call. After two effortless passes, I'm BBS! Hai Ho, Hai Ho, it's off to work I go!
    Well Bill,
Sounds like a mighty fine shave, but for your sake, I would stop singing that song by the time I get to work. Your bosses may think you enjoy it and not have enough to do, LOOOL

    Buddy,
You've been MIA for what seems like an eternity. Hope everything is OK with you. I missed you brother. Glad to see you back

Well...that would be called "retirement" in most circles, LOOOOL

PS: Glad you had a better shave than yesterday, but sorry about the Bucs loss
