Or you can do a WIP in , what are you working on!!
I've got a few in there you might want to look at for ideas.
Like....cutting the rust off with a razor blade before using metal polish. And dental floss between the tang and scales to remove rust.
Theres all kinds of ideas there, and in the butchered blade , just for you [emoji6]

Mike, you go fishing. You ever use Spiderwire to get the rust between the tang & scales? It works great. Its really tough if you have ever used it & is very hard to break. You can't break it with your hands. You'll cut yourself trying!

    Nope ... Hate the stuff.
Got it wrapped up in my trolling motor before. Wiped out the seal and ruined my motor. (Electric)

Yeah its some tuff stuff, and would work great between scales.

I wanted to get the 4000 model as it has a lower minimum rpm but tbh couldn't really justify the far higher price.

Call it flashback Friday, I guess. This Schick Model J e-bay find came in the mail today. It is identical to the first razor I ever owned so there is a bit of nostalgia involved. Haven't tried it yet but when I do I think Williams soap and Old Spice after shave would be appropriate.

Yeah, I can see why you hate it. It worked great for removing tank emblems from Harley's & such. Sorry about your trolling motor buddy.
