My DMT 325 arrived today. Im going to lap my Naniwa 12k this weekend.

Brand New DMT may have a few high spots. Its true flat for sure, some errant diamonds might be different heights.
I would lap a 1K hone with it first, Or run a chisel across it.
If you go straight out the package to the 12K you may get a few scratches in the hone.
Ask me how I know. DMT 1200 new to my jnat, That one hurt my feelings.Your only as good as your last hone job.

These arrived today from Stirling Soap. Supposedly the same bristles as the Plisson. Tried the 26mm. It's a beast.
