Less then 10 minutes with the rag and 3M Marine Metal Polish cleaned it up this much. It is a Hart Hardware contract razor which was listed as an "advertising razor"

It has 1 little crack in one of the scales which they didn't disclaim but...... I don't even care.

I don't think I've ever seen (or rarely at least) a contract razor with not only the maker name but the model on it. They (Hart Hardware) must have paid top dollar for this in their time compared to other store brand stuff.
It wasn't in the description and you had to look really really hard at those pictures to see not only the pipe but even more so the Wostenholm inscription. Just goes to show ya', be careful when you're skimming and take a close look and read the descriptions carefully. Sometimes you'll find that Picasso at a garage sale.

Can you do anything with that crack at the hinge?

Yes, pretend I don't see it.
Ahem... excuse me. Yeah, if I don't have an exact match to replace it with I'll probably put a brass pin in it and epoxy and clamp it.

A ‘professional’, small saw by all accounts. Slightly wider, slightly bigger throat, lot more power, and few other nuance type features that raises the bar enough for me to pull the trigger.
Have some special cuts ahead and needed to ensure my saw cut straight..
Happy new year men. Let’s put 2020 in the rear view...

Righteous buy. I need to upgrade my band saw. My little Skil just doesn't have the huevos but it was my Dad's so I'll likely keep it for light work...or maybe give it toy son.
