Robeson Shuredge 2547 with sculpted spine in long haired lady scales. Needs a little cleanup but not bad comparatively.

Sorry if I sniped it off of anyone here. All's fair in love and eBay I guess.

How's that one working out for you Steve? It was always a good shaver. That era of German steel was really good as was the contemporaneous American steel of which this shuredge was made. Both very hard and hold a great, crisp edge.

That dubl duck you generously sent me is my number#1 razor.

At last I have one that people actually know lol.

It's in almost NOS condition and you gave it an atom splitting edge.

I still can't believe you parted with it Paul, I'm so grateful but your not getting it back

GOOD! That's what I was hoping Steve. I was wondering how you liked that thuri edge. That stone I got from a seller in Poland. It is supposedly a German wermarcht war trophy. I'm not a war memorabilia collector, particularly not Nazi memorabilia. I just wanted a good small palm-sized thuri but one from that era or before. It works wonders on that pre-war German steel.

Haslinger honey soap is good stuff, it makes my skin feel good. The Mondial is a blind buy and I have not had talc on me since the local barber brushed it round my ears and neck when i was a kid. 😊

I did about 5 minutes with a rag and 3M but nothing major. It could use a light sanding w 2k or 3k but.otherwise it looks legit me it has never been used; no home wear and not honed out. This one is a keeper for sure. Can't wait to take her out for a spin.
