Thanked: 220I have been working anywhere between 10-15 hrs/day, so I haven't had the ambition to workout until today.
4x12 Benchpress
3x10 Pulldowns
3x10 Military Press
3x12 Barbell Curl
3x12 Squat
3x14 Weighted Calf Raises
We'll see how this feels in a day or 2.

Thanked: 485Lately, again, "all" I've been doing is climbing. However, I've recently been doing quite a bit more lead climbing which requires more endurance rather than the explosive power bouldering requires. Also, lead climbing requires mental strength (which I lack ).
I'm very happy with climbing (bouldering both indoors and out, top roping both indoors and out, solo top roping, a little free solo; i.e. no ropes climbing and lead climbing) as a full body exercise generally three to four times a week.
What I DO think is I need to start adding some weights. Have I said that before?Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Just got back from doing an 8km trail run on a local golf course. These are generally held on once a month on various courses spread around the city. The 8km starts at 19:30 with the 4km 10 minutes later.
Happy with my time despite not doing too much running and it's a damn good excuse to have a couple of beers with mates afterwards.Tony

Yesterday was sprints up the stairs. Sprint the lower bowl, about a 10 second test to get to the upper bowl, then sprint the upper. Try not to vomit. Repeat.
