Thanked: 1185I'll take door #2 . I think my one big walk away from the whole experience is STAY ACTIVE. I don't mind getting older but being a crippled old man slowly dying from inactivity would be completely intolerable. When everything is back to normal I plan to bring my PT up to freakish new notches

Hill run today, on a new and longer hill, so less laps, but same distance. Also, moving hills changed my warm up/cool down run distance. Only 9km today, 2k warm up, 5k hills, 2k cool down. Rest Day tommorow, going to check out the local metal art expo.
