This is a picture of myself at that run in 2008.
In the evening after the run, the organisers invite you to join what's known as the "Polar Bear Club". A swim in the Bell River at midnight. Fortunately, I never took them up on that offer.Tony

Thanked: 1185Spent 6 years in Fairbanks, Alaska. It was a beautiful place but I must admit I don't miss ridiculous sub zero temperatures, plugging in vehicles or long dark winters. Conversely the summers (however short) were awesome and the fishing was completely insane.

An 8km trail run this morning with some hill repeats. Will cycle this afternoon and if I don't have a hangover from tonight's party, again tomorrow morning.

-4x8 Dumbbell Rows.

-3x10 Barbell Curls.
-4x12 Weighted Calf Raises.

Got back from a 30km cycle earlier and as I put the key into the front door, the heavens opened up.
