It really is a great place to ride bikes. It's a paved road with woods on both sides. No vehicle traffic, just bikes, runners and the occassional skater. The weather wasn't great this morning (intermittent drizzle) so we nearly had the place to ourselves. It was Jaden's first time riding here and he was a bit nervous about it at first but I knew if I could just get him on the trail and cut him loose he'd have a great time. It was a good Zen ride for both of us and we really did have a blast.
The older I get, the better I was

So true, everything looks so good this time of year, have to capitalize on the outdoor workouts now before winter comes.

The exact opposite for me. Winter is the best time to get out. Summer is too hot. It's already started getting too hot. Temps here today were 35C (95F).

Nicely done! One of the hardest workouts I've ever done!
