My singlespeed is the Karate Monkey with 50mm Rabbit Hole rims. A normal 2.4" on the back and a 3" Surly Knard on the front.
A good mate of mine has the old 1x1 now converted to 27.5" wheels and he also has the Pugsley with a Rohloff hub.
I would love to get myself the Ice-cream Truck but I'll probably settle for re-spraying my frame in the John Deere green and then my rims yellow.Tony

Good solid workout, although I've seemed to inflict some kind of damage on the side of my knee during the workout. Probably nothing serious, but annoying nonetheless! Enjoy your workouts, gents.

I've recently added military press to my chest day - flat bench, decline bench, incline bench, and now military press.
Those are a real eye opener - guy at my gym loads up the bar (45lbs) with two 45lb weights per side and does about 4 sets of 10. Was impressed with his weight to begin with - tried myself the first time with 25 lbs a side and was almost unable to get the bar off the bracket at first - brutal!
I'm at the gym tomorrow, missed today, so raring to go!

Thanked: 220Wow, that's quite a bit of weight to lift over your head, the guy's obviously a beast. I agree with you, you have to start light on them, because with improper movements one is very susceptible to damaging their shoulders. I always have them in my routine as they're an excellent compound movement that build overall mass and also build the triceps, although I never go too heavy with them.

Actually what's spooky is he is maybe 6' tall, but very thin, lean, but flat bench, decline bench, same weight, he just amazes me, around my age as well.
And the full deal, bar off the frame, right down to touch the chest, right back fully up - guy has some superb technique.

Thanked: 98340 kms on the bike today. The last 10 I put sprints for as far and as fast as I could managed. Rest and repeat once breathing settled.
