So I planned on having a rest day today after my exploits the past couple of days but then realised that I haven't run in almost a week, so I donned my running shoes and went out for a easy 5km.
I'm now relaxing with a well deserved beer.Tony

Seeing that no-one is doing too much around here, I'll make up for everyone.
This morning's ride was a Surf & Turf, totaling 52km's. Here's the view from the highest point on the ride.

I went for a trail run Sunday afternoon. Yesterday and today are rest days which is good as 1) I don't think I could find a place to run due to the snow and ice we received yesterday and 2) my knee is sore as heck. Tonight I plan to do some yoga to loosen up my legs and back. Hopefully, the track will be cleared off by tomorrow afternoon.

Let's see... Two days ago was snatches with the 16 kg bell. 3 x 5 per hand, repeated 4 or 5 times. Yesterday was a 9k (finally back on the erg!). Today was about 20 mins of Turkish get ups with the 16 kg bell.

Went out for a 10km trail run this morning.
Need to do a quick service on my trail bike as I'm out of town from tomorrow for a few days and will be riding this bike on some sublime hand built trails on a farm some friends own in the Eastern Free State.Last edited by Thug; 12-30-2015 at 10:02 AM.
