    Back squats 80x1, 100 x1, 120x1, 140x1, 150kg x4 x10 @1min
    Straight leg deads 100kg x10 x4 @1min
    Leg extensions 75kg x 12 x5 @1min
    Single standing leg curls 25kg x10 x5 @1min

    Bench dips plus 92.5kgs x 12 reps x 4 sets @2min
    Skull crushers 40kg x10 x4 @1min
    Pushdowns 75 x 12 x5 @1min

    Ez bar curls 50kg x10x4 @2min
    Cross body hammer curls 20kg x12 x4 @1min
    Incline curls 17.5kg x10 x4 @1min

    Shrugs 160kg x12 x5 @1min

    Single leg calf raises with 25kg db x10 x4 continuously switching

    Made reps on squats, leg extensions, dips, pushdowns, ez bar curls and hammer curls and incline curls

    Db incline press 40kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db decline press 37.5kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db flyes 22.5kg x10 x4 @1min


    Seated shoulder press 80, 85, 90, 95kg x10 @2min
    Dumbell raises
    Side raise 15kg x10 x4 @1min

    Changed up flat press and deads. Press felt good and the pace for previous deads was harsh which was making hard to keep form. This was better and higher weight felt good and no pain or stiffness after.

    Db bench press 45, 50, 50, 55 ×10 @ 2min
    Db incline press 40kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db decline press 37.5kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db flyes 22.5kg x10 x4 @1min


    Seated shoulder press 80, 85, 90, 95kg x10 @2min
    Dumbell raises
    Side raise 15kg x10 x4 @1min
    Front lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @1min
    Bent forward reverse flyes 15kg x10 x4 @1min

    Dead lift 150, 160, 170 180kg x7 @2min.

    I envy you gents. All of my life I was an athlete. I even trained and participated in endurance competition for over 20 years. I was into cycling, running, swimming and weight training for most of my life.

    About 10 years ago I got a very severe case of Shingles that got into my sciatic nerve. It was horrific. Ever since then, I get sciatica on a regular basis. This last stint of severe sciatica onset in March and it is still killing me. It makes working out very difficult, and running impossible. BUT, it's time to get back on that horse since I have not worked out since the recent onset in March.

    Today;

    Light stretching, followed by;
    20 minutes of Yoga keyed in for the Sciatic
    20 minutes of mile cycling on the exercise bike. A sitting position does not really bother the sciatica.
    100 crunch situps, 40 pushups from knees (can't do toes with sciatica)
    2 minutes of mild back arches

    --------- 30 lb dumbells --------

    2 sets of 15 reps each
    Arm flies
    hammer curls
    regular curls
    overhead press while seated
    Kickbacks

    I hear you with the sciatica. The issues in my hip all run to yhe sciatic nerve and was mimicing sciatica. Is more gocused now but with the laberal tear still need to be careful. Problem is cant stop as between the bulging disc in back and hypermobility grt other issues stopping.

    Chiro says will be working out till I'm dead or expecting back issues, hip dislocations and other issues on top. Damned if I do but screwed if I dont.

    Changed up squats to pyramid up and heavier straight leg deads. Felt better.

    Back squats 150, 160, 170, 180kg x4 x10 @2min
    Straight leg deads 110kg x10 x4 @2min
