10 minutes Yoga for Sciatica

10 miles miderate bike ride, light to moderate pedaling, no hill climbing
1/4 mile walk with 15 lb weights each arm, intermittent curls, press and flies while walking
50 cruch situps
30 pushups from the knees (because of sciatica)
