    Upped reps for db rows

    Dead lift 150kg x7 x4 @2min.
    Pullups bodyweight only 9 x 3@ 2min
    Standing bent over barbell rows 95kg x10 x3 @2min
    Bench bent over db rows 50 kg x12 x4 @2min
    Wide grip pull down 75kg x10 x5 @2min

    Made reps on deads, Barbell and db rows

    Straight leg deads 100kg x10 x4 @2min
    Leg extensions 75kg x 12 x5 @1min
    Single standing leg curls 25kg x10 x5 @1min

    Bench dips plus 92.5kgs x 12 reps x 4 sets @2min
    Skull crushers 47.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Pushdowns 75 x 12 x5 @1min

    Ez bar curls 50kg x10x4 @2min
    Cross body hammer curls 25kg x12 x4 @2min
    Incline curls 22.5kg x10 x4 @2min

    Made reps on squats, straight leg deads, leg extensions, dips, pushdowns, ez bar curls and hammer curls

    Had to skip Fridays workout. Came up Covid positive Wednesday morning and although mild symptoms Friday was just really lethargic so say off to rest up.

    Back to it today for

    Mondays workout

    Db incline press 45kg x10 x4 @2min

    Db flyes 25kg x10 x4 @2min


    Seated shoulder press 75, 80, 85, 90kg x10 @2min
    Dumbell raises
    Front lat raise 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Bent forward reverse flyes 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min
    Side raise 18.5kg x10 x4 @2min

    Barbell shrugs 160 x10 x5 @1min

    Made reps on reverse and side flyes and shrugs

    Mixing it up to cut back and make more time at home. Bit of a mess for this one but will sort next week. Will be 2 days only Monday and Thursday so need to try get it all in.

    Dead lift 80x5x1, 100x5x1, 120x5x, 140x5x1 work set 150kg x7 x4 @2min.

    Pushdowns 75 x 12 x5 @1min

    Ez bar curls 50kg x10x4 @2min
    Cross body hammer curls 20kg x10 x4 @1min
    Incline curls 17.5kg x10 x4 @1min

    Made reps on deads, squats, straight leg deads, dips, pushdowns, ez bar curls

    All major lifts stayed the same. All secondary reduced weight and time. Was an intense workout cramming that much into the same time frame.

    Db bench press 50 ×10 @ 2min
    Db incline press 40kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db decline press 37.5kg x10 x4 @1min
    Db flyes 20kg x10 x4 @1min


    Seated shoulder press 75, 80, 85, 90kg x10 @2min
    Dumbell raises
    Side raise 15kg x10 x4 @1min
    Front lat raise 15kg x10 x4 @1min
    Bent forward reverse flyes 15kg x10 x4 @1min

    Dead lift 150kg x7 x4 @2min.
    Pullups bodyweight only 7 x 3@ 1min
    Standing bent over barbell rows 80kg x10 x3 @1min
