Had to skip Fridays workout. Came up Covid positive Wednesday morning and although mild symptoms Friday was just really lethargic so say off to rest up.

Mixing it up to cut back and make more time at home. Bit of a mess for this one but will sort next week. Will be 2 days only Monday and Thursday so need to try get it all in.

All major lifts stayed the same. All secondary reduced weight and time. Was an intense workout cramming that much into the same time frame.
