3 miles (roughly) slow running for warm-up, then 10 220m (about 1/8 mile) uphill sprints (recovering with slow downhills), and stretching.

I am assuming barbell is no a synonym for razor and dip is not brush dipping in lather :-)

So it will be a while before my next ride/run. I'm in the hospital at the moment. Needless to say I was sore as a boil this morning
Oh no! Terrible! 'No serious injuries though just a broken tibia' must be the hard bastard quote of the year! You're obviously as tough as nails!

UPDATE: Hospital life sucks but I'm trying hard to stay positive. It'll be four more weeks or so before my right leg is load bearing or my right knee functions normally. The good news is that I'll be disharged from rehab next week and can go home. I'm off all the narcotic pain meds and muscle relaxers. Motrin/ Tylenol in the morning seem to do the trick.

Once the knee is operational I plan to do regular bike rides and swimming for a bit before starting to run again. Tis but a flesh wound
The older I get, the better I was

Would knee pads add any extra support for these muscles in the beginning uses or rides?
