10 grams at the moment. I through it in with my post work out shake. Will drop down to 5 tomorrow.

On another note, I tried to do some cardio today... The machines wouldn't really let me. Must have been a sign

Have you tried splitting it between pre and post , I felt better results for what its worth , watch out for 'roid rage" you'll probably find you have a short fuse in the middle of next week

This dude with roid rage had a go at me the other day! He was trying to come in through the exit. Started shoving me back though!

When I first started loading it I went spilts, half in my morning coffee and half with a tea at night, I found it helped, it's not the most pleasant tasting stuff,

Another short run at the track after work tonight. Cool and windy but dry, thankfully. The lights haven't been on this week and I found I like running in the dark.

42 degrees in Adelaide today but I still did about an hour and a half of bouldering at the Bouldering Club which is a tin shed :-)

    Yesterdays two 15 minute sessions:

    Session 1:
    Squats:
    2 x 10
    2 x 5
    1 x 1 (max)
    1 x 4

    Shoulder press:
4x at 85% of my maximum, just to finish off, I had two minutes left.

    Session 2
    Bench press:

    1 x 15
    1 x 8
    2 x 5
    1 x max
    2 x 4

Today I'm doing some bajiquan exercises for 30-60 mins., weight exercises will be deadlift and shoulder press, maybe some curls if I can squeeze them in.
