    Yesterday: 4.5 mile trail run

    This afternoon's strength training:
    Pushups 20
    Squat jumps 10
    Lunges10, each side
    Single leg stepups 12, each side
    Jump ropes 45 seconds
    Alternating side lunges 10
    Burpies 10
    Sizzelers 2x10
    Plank 60 seconds

    Yesterday's workout

    Db bench press 20, 25, 30, 37.5kg x8
    Db incline press 25 x8 x4
    Db decline press 25 x8 x4
    Db flyes 15 x8 x4

    Shoulder press 47.5 x8 x4
    Front lat raise 12.5 x8 x4
    Side lat raise 12.5 x8 x4
    Ez bar upright rows 32.5 x8 x4
    Barbell shrugs 110 x8 x4
    My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

    Today's lower body strength training:

    Squat jumps 10
    Single leg stepup w/no pause 10
    Forward lunges 3x10
    Briges 2x30 secs
    Dumbell squats 2x10
    Pushups 2x15
    Situps 15
    Exercize ball crunches 2x20
    Standing calf extensions 12
    Single leg balances 3 x30, each leg

    This is the first time I have done a proper situp in years, Ive done crunches, leg raises,etc. I had to have someone hold my feet but I did em.

    .. Why do any exercise with resistance at double speed? Then you will have momentum found mist of the work not the tarvet muscle.

    Dead lift 140, 150, 160, 170 x 5

    Standing bent over barbell rows 70 x8 x4

    Bench bent over db rows 30 x8 x4

    Close grip pull down 50 x 8 x4 done at double speed(sets not reps)

    Made the 170 on deads today so hopefully again next week so can get to 180kgs as thats where I was at when I stopped last time. All others up 5kg this week.

    5 rounds of:
    400m run
    30 box jumps @24"
    30 wall balls @20lbs

    Finished in 32:40
    (It was hard to get moving especially after yesterday's workout:
    7 Rounds For Time of:
    3 Forward Rolls
    5 Wall Climbs
    7 Toes-To-Bar
    9 Box Jumps, 30")

    Military pres 3 x 10
