It certainly is nice to see the progress and nice shavers produced!
Some are busy. At least I am.

    Great work by all!

Nice looking hones there, Jelly hope to see them in the honing forum soon.
Sounds like a plan. Once I start playing I'll put a post up with my experience. Thanks for the idea.

Nice arkies, Jelly-I keep coming back to mine after "cheating on" them with other stones. No other stone's edge touches them, at least in my hands.

Jerry-1 question: Do you ever sleep? You're like Captain Ahab with those JNAts! Just a thought: Leave 'em alone for a little while and come back to them having found your inner zen.

My issue is i only get a few hours at night and only on my days off. During my work week i put in too many hours so i cant do anything besides eat and sleep and go to work. So my days off i squeeze in everything I need to do and want to do. Who needs any more than 4 or 5 hours sleep anyways?

Know what ya mean, Jerry. I work 6 days a week this time of year. Then I have people wanting me to do side work on their boats, till I quote them a price. Then they want to know why the high price per hour ($200).

    1. For my knowledge.
    2. Boat shops are 3-4 weeks out, before they'll even look at it.
    3. ITS MY TIME..!!! AND LABOR...!!!

The clowns that run our state legislature decide what I'm worth, which is not much (especially when hundreds of extra hours off the clock are factored in every year). But hey, it's my dream job (not being sarcastic; it actually is!).

Well, $200 is enough to keep them off of me, around here.

I've got three guys, that I deal with yearly. Two are close friends since childhood. The other guy manages my investments, and tries to go cheep on me, cause I work fast. There's still that minimum charge of an hour, period. Its just business pal.... I pay you for your services..right!? Well...ain't no different than you know money, as I know combustion engines, and ignition systems.

Ya play, ya pay, or learn to do it yourself, as my pappy taught me.
