Finished up work on my first Genco yesterday. Was in pretty good shape but went for a full tear down. Wanted the practice if so to speak.
Salvaged the inner washers and went for new NiAg pins. Put it on the norton 1,4,8k and 12k SS.
Kept most of the petina to save the wash which works for me. Shaved this morning and felt pretty good. Still getting a hang of honing. Thanks for looking and for all the great info here it has helped a ton.

Many things this weekend. Ground 2 blades, polished another. Fixed up the horn scales from Tom, got a couple coats of button lac on the snakewood scales, trying CA for the first time on the ziricote w/liners.. now I'm brewing again. Back to razors this afternoon.
Work is the elixir of life.
