    The perforator was made for punching holes in index cards at the library. Being built well, and sturdy...as things were back then, it easily punches through brass sheets up to .016 so far. So I figured I'll use it to make my own wear washers, and shimming spacers.

    Lookin' really good, outback! Engineering and craftsmanship at its finest. Those are coming together so nicely. I know you've had these in the works for a while so it's awesome that you got some shop time these days. Love the Perforator.

    Wedges fitted.

    Pins made, brass washers domed, didn't end up using the under washers, and ready for assembly.

    The unveiling of the two day gentleman's set of Wade & Butcher's, in black n white ebony. (Box in the works next)

    Phew...!! Glad that's finally done, its the longest I've spent on any razors, but well worth the results.

    A sneek peek at the box, needs a bit of TLC, but its still solid, and the catch/latch still works.
