Organized chaos is what I call it my wife calls it piles of SH*T. I have to ask what is the large block on the diamond plate? Looks like marble or granite?

Been tough to find time to work on anything lately but I've been checking in here when I can to see what you guys are up to. Very nice work all around gents! The bog oak scales are looking good, the carved bone scales are amazing, the other razors and projects all coming together is really nice to see, especially since I'm not making much progress on my own projects at the moment.

Outback, that W&B with the ground off heel is the one I sent ya a while back, the one I posted in "The Butchered Blade" (post #4422) as I was wondering what to do with it. It looks awesome, I knew it went to the right guy.

I am gonna pop the pins on this one and clean it all up so I may see if re pinning will cure this or may need to take a hair off the wedge.
What are the scales made of? Did they shrink?

They are yellow I am guessing celluloid, they say Special with the arrow and cross on the one scale. I can not seem to find a pic at the moment I know I have one in the SOTD and a couple other places.

Before you unpin it, see if the pivot will slide back, it may have a big pivot hole and was fine, when pinned tight, but has moved forward when they loosened up.

If so, you can get a small thin file, tape the flats of the file and with the edge, file a bit off the edge of the wedge.

    That's horn.

I have a Red Imp that was a gift. I would rescale it otherwise. The wedge is dang near the scale hole now after filing.

When my son inherits it he can deal with it!

All of my stuff is really good and interesting! I have stopped for the day and my desk looks much better but the dining room table is full of stuff now.

    Where do I put it?
My wife has a serious minimalist thing going on. I however am a collector of things and partake in many different activities. That makes for a lot of stuff. Stuff or no stuff is always the struggle around here

My wife and I have the same struggle going on. Her minimalism doesn't seem to apply to her shoes though.
