Sorry about your friend, Benz. Toting caskets this time of year is always so difficult.
Thoughts and prayers.. You have friends here.
On a different note,
Sounds as if your honing progression is going well!Last edited by sharptonn; 12-20-2016 at 04:43 AM.

Thanked: 250You know Roy, you just might have something there. My mind was on him all afternoon. The two of us were just snot nosed teenagers when we started working for my Dad. We pushed a lot of work out of Dad's machine shop together. I'm the last warrior standing out of the old crew and still running the business.

Sorry to hear of your loss Benz.
I know how hard it can be when someone close, go's back home to our Lord.
The holidays that approach have been extremely difficult for my wife. She lost her brother suddenly, the evening of Christmas day, last year. I have a feeling I'm going to be doing alot of comforting, come Christmas morning. [emoji22]
God bless, brother.Last edited by outback; 12-20-2016 at 03:12 AM.

Removed scales from oil bath this morning before going to work. One had a bow to it, so I had to take it back to the heat lamp this evening, and straighten it back out, ( twice ) then gave them a polishing.
All seemed to be holding, so I began pinning it back up and noticed that one of the original collars was split. Took it back apart, and used the bullseye collars Sharpton had sent me from when I did my FBU. Like them much better anyhoo, and matches my other Celebrated razor.
I'll take er to the hones tomorrow.
Yours is next, Tom [emoji6]Last edited by outback; 12-20-2016 at 04:12 AM.

Yep.. Almost didn't make it last year myself. Had a heart attack in October, then extreme heart arrhythmia two weeks later. They had to stop my heart, and shock me back. Seen St.Peter at the pearly gates, he said God don't want me. So I went downstairs, and hell said they wouldn't have me.
So here I am. [emoji23]Mike
