Thanked: 250Beautiful Tuzi. Be sure to let us know how it shaves.
I'm still working on my seven day growth of beard to test shave the Wosty. Sunday morning that itchy sucker gets shaved OFF, then I'm going to sit down to a thick Porter House steak for Christmas dinner.

Ya know....Just looking at the pics makes my hands hurt!
Tuzi must be a young guy who saves his hands as he does his day job?
That's some serious rubbing, there. JMO

Thanks guys, really nice to hear! Benz, that sounds terrific - nothing like a clean shave after some days of growth... and a steak.

I don't know...Tuzi.
You might have to send that to me, for a more adequate , and professional inspection. There's something not quite right about it..... Its not mine.[emoji23]
Awesome work my man, just awesome.[emoji482]Mike

Thanked: 4206Yes sir, a whole lotta rubbing, with some attention to appropriate pressure went into that project. Well done sir.
That pic showing the bevel really showcases the finish.

Work in progress. Top to bottom :
A freshly made billet of O2 15N20 damascus, 7 layers. Still figuring out what to do with it. Splitting twisting and restacking probably.
Then a piece of damascus that i laddered.
And then two razor blanks i forged from the loaf of Ed Schempp mosaic damascus with my logo running through it in mosaic. These will be mostly stock removal because forging to shape would mangle the logo.

Took most of today off. Wrapping up some loose ends on the razor room.
I want to have it done by Christmas to show the folks.
Got this repop Crosley record-player at an estate sale at least 10 years ago. Looks resplendent on top of the reproduction Simmons Hardware 'ice box' cabinet. Works a treat, pops and scratches. Plays 33's 78's and 45's!
Pile of old 78's at the in-law's house. I shall be snagging those later in the day!
Fired-it up with a Firestone Christmas album!
Some silly 'Frankenstein' switch covers.
(That's 11:16, Oz! )
Old bottles and such on the shelf. Pinuad Lilac Vegetal front and center!
The razor table is rocking!
AND, you never know when a pin will need snugging! All set!
Lastly, tonite I shall sit on the floor and re-arrange all the jumbled-up shaving items behind the glass sterilizer cabinets.
