Century brush update -
Wet sanded with .6K and 1.2K. Will give it a couple of hours on a sunny windowsill to help evaporate the moisture.
No pics, I'm sure you know what a scuffed up rubber handle looks like.
In the meanwhile, I'll start cleaning up a couple of Shumate 135s I picked up awhile back. I didn't know that there
are different points on the 135, I thought they were all round points. Not really a square point, french maybe?
Practicing my blurry pics in case I ever decide to let anything go on the bay, har!Last edited by Panama60; 12-30-2016 at 04:05 PM.

Thanked: 2284Going through some blades trying to find one that's worthy of these scales, and also fit properly. This one big Boker King Cutter fits perfect, but I'm not sure it's worthy of these scales......

Thanked: 2284This Boker is the biggest King cutter I've seen. Very long and is a 6/8 in size. It fits perfectly, but I'm not sure I want to use them on this blade. I may wait until I find something better.
Did you make these Shaun???Burls, Girls, and all things that Swirl....

Thanked: 4827Yes.
I think that finding matches for scales and blades can sometime be a lengthy process. If you have a set of scales you really like you have to find the right size blade that you like as much. I had a series of razors that I really love and started making scales for them. Over time you will see more of my scale making and blade matching adventures. It's a lot of fun. It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
