Wayne, That razor and an Admiral Dewy at Manila were my first two razors, cleaned and honed both are good steel.

Separated the spine and blade by putting the blade in a vice and heating it up with a torch. Came out quite easily by pushing down on the tail.

Traced out the shape on some O1 stock, along with a "handling nub" for HT that will be removed afterwards. I placed it along the spine side of the blade, so any chance of heat build up at the edge will be reduced.
