    Very impressive, Zak!
My little blade and myself appreciate the inclusion.
I suppose I should now send you a little Maw, Son, and Son small surgical razor I have intended to send you for years!

Oooh! Is it one of the ones in German silver scales with the crowsfoot mark on the tang?

ZAK!!!! They're looking great! My Temperite blade looks almost new, so I really wanted a nice set of scales for it.

I'll go to Woodcraft and buy a black acrylic pen blank to make a wedge from. No point in using the original if it could start gassing off. The third pin spacer is probably rubber so I guess it is okay.

    Thank you so much!!

I know. The seller advertised it as new with bad scales. They listed it as a Union Cutlery since that is the box it came in and didn't bother to read the tang.
If I can cover up the marks on the scales it will be about almost good as new (you can tell if you look at the spine it was honed at some point).

I grew up with a Dad that taught me Case, Queen, Boker, Henckels, etc were the knives to own if you wanted quality. Since then I've always been a fan of Case and other old pocket knife makers. I actually have one other Case Razor (blade not as clean though) and I purchased it from Jim Sargent at his shop in my hometown. I wish I could find a nice Queen/SM.

    I think Maw WAS Paw?

    Or his own Grandpaw?

That said, the one you’ve got is in much better shape... and that’s after I sanded the color little bugger up one side and down the other.
