And never assume and send them to the Mom baby floor at the hospital before asking them what they are there for/where do you want to go.....

I have seen that happen more than once.

But not by the same person.

They only do it once!

My long former mother in law, the proper English Episcopalian priest, made such mistakes twice. Both women's reactions guaranteed that it would not happen a third time.
