Now I know there are a lot of Seniors here on SRP & they often have to carry their meds around with them; so I made an old school Med Pouch for .38 caliber size meds or vitamins.

No more need to just dump them in your pocket & get lint all over them. Now you can Speed Strip your meds, 2 at a time.

    Thanks for looking.

I can take only part of the credit for this but a friend and I made this for my nitro tablets. It is made of titanium and holds 8.

    I have never needed it!

I would like to work with metals, but don't have the skills or tools.

Here you go Hirlau. I know you like leather projects. I don't know too much about working with leather but here is a project that I just completed. This shoulder holster was made with vegetable tanned leather. Everything was hand stitched (because I don't have a sewing machine). I used USMC black leather dye as the finish. The double mag pouch was made with nylon and velcro. Holster is lined with fabric. I thought you may appreciate the hours and hours that went into this. Enjoy!

    Yes, very nice !!
I'm going to attempt a holster in about 6 months. I want to learn more on finishing the small projects I have in mind. If you could take some close up shots of the holster sometime in the future, that would be nice.

Post #1 - This is the Double magazine pouch - This was the hardest to accomplish. I made this out of nylon and Velcro. I ran out of leather and my wife had this great nylon fabric, so I requisitioned it. I made it so that it could be removed and worn a belt if necessary. Front and back pictures. I used black nylon heavy thread to stitch this. It was a pain in the ass but turned out all right. I also used some small grommets at the bottom of the magazine pouches just in case water became a problem, it would drain.
