I think a set of those dog goggles would be cool.

Thanked: 4206I’m not gonna cut and polish till the final assy stage when the fenders and wings get put on the car. That way any scratches along the way get dealt with at that time.
Wiring and additional trim work being done the last week or so.
Hopefully ready to move to interior installation before the end of March.

Thanked: 4206Carryin on with a few different tasks currently.
Wiring, on going but progressing, built my main distribution board, which will be hidden away,
Contains my rad fan and fog light relays, as well as key on relay, MSD box, and hot buss. Main fuse box will be behind the glove box, and is fed from that large key on relay.
Main wiring run will run down the right side of the car, and will alll be wrapped in fabric tape and made to look period suitable, to a point. But needs to be loose until the final stages to ensure everything gets drawn up tight and neatly.
Note the added 150amp main fuse behind the original starter solenoid that will completely isolate the battery if any of the sub systems fail to protect things. And yes that is a push start button on the solenoid, original oem triumph design that!
Also decided to refine my add on dash panel, but carry on with the build so it’s all installed and completed with the wiring.
Here at about 9 coats of spar varnish on, and almost there.
Need to clean up the chrome on the ole ashtray now, and maybe paint part of it to match the metal dash insert above.
Should flow and with the indents added provide the right added clearance for the knees of both the driver, and the passenger.
Just sitting back with a glass of Jameson 12 year old and appreciating my progress.
Cheers men."Depression is just anger,, without the enthusiasm."

I get that you can rebuild a car which is super impressive, but now you're completely wiring it!

No kidding. You gonna knit your own scarf to wear while your driving too?

Sounds all good, Mike. Wiring can be fun. Tucking things in neat and tidy. Just be sure to leave a little extra somewhere so it can move later if you need to move it some.
It's just Sharpening, right?

Thanked: 4827Impressive. I hate automotive wiring. I suppose though there is less trying to find and fix stuff tucked up into a weird spot when it is all new.
