Down in Berryville Arkansas hanging out and shooting with Bill Wilson and Ken Hackathorn, just finished a bowl of Old Joe Krantz in a Castello Castello. Doesn't get any better than this. Heading home in the morning.

Saturday Clean-Up
Well, today was the town spring cleanup so I was outside loading the truck up with old picnic tables and engines that no longer worked and brought them to the town dump for $5. That calls for a knock around pipe.
A Stanwell Zebrano, i smoked this pipe and this pipe alone for years. It is a great little pipe. Beat up but still smokes great. The Dunhill flake was meh much like the weather today. What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

Ser Jacapo Emeraldo. I forget what he called this shape. Great smoker, with Nightcap.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Savinelli day
The pipe is a Savinelli tortuga on a bed of some whole leaf Latakia. The tool in the foreground is a Savinelli Fitsall reamer. Without a doubt the best reamer I have ever used (and I have used them all). It is versatile and fits all bowls. Easy to use and gets the cake perfectly even. It does require more skill then the Senior or Castelford pipe reamers but it is also more controllable. I wish Savinelli still made these. Anyhow, thanks for looking and listening to my morning thoughts. Have a great day men.
