And little bigger pipe too. Work mate posing by the Obuhov 305 mm naval gun. Nowadays deactivated.

    Tomi,
Does the Finnish Government still keep facial width measurements? I thought this article was interesting, but it kinda proves what is already known. BTW, love the pipe, nice, clean lines; really pretty. Cool gun as well!!

Facial width versus changes to survive in the war, lol.
Sadly it only tells that there is no thing in the world without someone making a 'scientific' study of it (probably using tax payers money).

Kaywoodie 51B loaded with Squadron Leader

A bit of Mr. Twain (Following the Equator) to keep me company on a balmy Friday evening. Monday school starts up again so it's back into the belly of the beast.

Apparently governments the world over have figured out creative ways to piss away tax payer money

Good thing they did this, I'm sure the entire country was staying awake at night wondering about obese lesbians.

Old Joe Krantz in a Missouri Meerschaum Cob

No more Mr. Twain, no more afternoon naps, no more gentleman of leisure. Back to my rightful (?) place as the beleaguered grad student raging against the dying of the light. Becoming a good animal is hard work, an educated one even harder but this too will pass. Maybe a shower and shave later this afternoon after a bit of brain work.
