I don't have pics of our Garden but I do have pics of the Budget Greenhouse we built using Misc Bricks/Flagstones, a Sliding Glass Door and a Heat Lamp... We sourced the other stuff and the only purchase we had was the Lamp and it worked out great!
This year we are growing:
Radishes, Spinach, Carrots, Romaine, Bok Choy, Peas, Regular Green Beans, Yard-Long Green Beans, Tomatoes- Roma mostly but some Early Girl and a surviving Yellow Pear from last year's plague, Garlic, Green Onions, Potatoes, Cukes, Yellow Squash, Zucchini and Snack Peppers. We also have an Herb Garden with Cilantro, Thyme and a couple others and we are trying Jalapenos and Serranos this year... Peppers grow well and green out here but have had trouble getting them "HOT" so we will see.
Each year we learn a bit more, change a bit more and then learn even more... Never quite seem to hit that A but we are consistently in the B range!

Party cup pepper update...
3rd set of leaves gettin bigger.
Baby leaves are about to get cut off (cant see them, they are tiny ones hidden under first set).
Here they are...Little ones at the bottom...
At this point when I see the roots coming out of the bottom of the cup, I will transfer them to a 1 gallon nursery container, bigger cup, bucket, whatever. I will put them in an all day shady spot to break them in or harden them off. That takes 2 weeks.

Thanked: 2027What do you do with your peppers, dry them?
Last yr I grew habaneros and ghosts, diced them up (wearing gloves) put them in the wifes dehydrator (electric) in the laundry room, closed the door, turned on the fan, could not go into that room for two days this year I will string them up by the stems and dry in the sunCAUTION
