If you got a photo of the Colt, it would be nice to see it. They are firearms with a great history.

Just picked up a Wilson Combat CQB. As nice as it is I still prefer my G19 . I think a G20 SF is the next hg purchase. Just need to decide if I keep the CQB or not.

have had a lot of handguns, but for carry I demand simple, reliable and accurate. So, to the point, after many handguns, some of which are still in rotation, my go-to pieces are the G19 and G26...depending on seasons and clothes. Can't be beat IMO.

I love my Glocks. I think when it comes to simple reliability it doesn't get any better. I, personally, am still a fan of 1911's and some small wheel guns. Since I am an above average size person, I can carry just about anything and it will conceal on my body. I can almost "palm" my 1911 mil-spec. As long as the person is well trained AND well practiced it becomes an opinion game at some point. Stay safe everyone!

The first lot was killer, then I kept scrolling down. Those cased double rifles blew me away ! Then there was the guy standing in front of his lugers ...... why is this man smiling ? I'd be smiling too !

My first thought was none of us are taking any of our stuff with us when we go, but at least we can enjoy it while we are here .......

    I much prefer my 45.
But i like my Browning Hi power 9 mm.
    14 rnds over 8 hmmm.
    Can carry more ammo.
    More controlable.
Fits my hand like it was born in my hand.
Never seen the use for adjustable sights on a defense gun, that is going to see close combat in the first place. At the most 25 yrds.
You should already know how it shoots at different distances. This is yours or his life, god forgive me should this ever arise, cause i plan on seeing the next day. And dont need
my sights getting hung up in the holster or clothing.

Sorry for the delay John, here is the old Colt. I was reluctant to post it because of the condition. Kind of sad to see a neglected firearm... Revolver is marked "United States Property." This gun sits in the hand solidly, a natural pointer.

Looks kind of like the first firearm I was issued when I started working for the Government-har har.
